The BRACTONSAFE TRAINING ACADEMY is Australia’s first training facility designed to deliver ‘Best Practice’ training courses in Cellar Operations to the hospitality industry.

At the BractonSafe Training Academy participants will be offered a range of training courses where they will learn the basics of safe cellar, cool room and bar operations for beverage dispense in the Basic Course, to a more advanced beverage dispense course for cellar, cool room and bar management in the Supervisors Course. There is a specially designed course for chemical suppliers who will learn about appropriate chemical selection to achieve quality beverage dispense / hygiene requirements and how to interpret chemical Safety Data Sheet information.

A Master Installer Course has been developed for the trade to upskill beer system plumbers, Managers, venue owners and others in ‘Best Practice’ and conformance with Work Health and Safety legislation and Australian Standards for beverage dispense systems in cellars, cool rooms and bars.

A Master Auditor Course will be available to those persons responsible for the safe operation of cellars, cool rooms and bars at their venues to enable them to audit their venue to ensure compliance. This course will also be open to external competent persons who would also like to undertake these auditing activities.
