How to test a beer line mixing system is working correctly

In conjunction with the manufacturer of the Dosatron unit, we have analysed working systems within the hospitality industry over an extended period of time. Results confirm that maintenance is necessary on 18 month basis to ensure regular working consistency and extended life of the system.
To test that your beerline mixing systems is working correctly, mark the sides of the DP1 & DP2 beerline cleaning detergent drums at the start of the cleaning process, check the sides of the drums after the cleaning process to see if the chemical level has dropped.
