How to remove bar flies & mould from bar area
Behind the bar is generally the dirtiest, smelliest area in any hotel or club and this is generally where the glasses are stored!
To remove barflies (the flying variety) it is imperative for the bar area to have good hygiene. This good hygiene creates an no go area for barflies, interrupting their breeding cycles, basically making the area inconvenient for barflies to live.
To create a clean hygienic surface, Bracton has introduced Spray Away surface cleaner a safe cleaning chemical (biodegradable, non hazardous, AQIS approved) to wash or wipe down all surfaces, freeing them from moulds, bacteria and any other typical surface contaminates.
For a longer lasting result you can follow up with a simple spray and wipe of Bracton Rejuvenator, removing the impracticalities of weekly cleaning under-bar areas to remove the mould and bacteria from the underside of the bar and beer pythons.
